Privacy Policy

Your data belongs to you. Brasilify was built on the principle of collecting as little personal data as possible.

1. Overview

Brasilify respects your privacy. This app processes as little personal data as possible and stores your learning progress exclusively on your device, or, if you enable iCloud, in your personal iCloud account.

2. Data we collect

Brasilify stores your learning progress, statistics and settings locally on your device (and, if enabled, in your private iCloud). For some features we send a limited amount of pseudonymous data to our own server:

• a randomly generated device identifier and a push token — to send you notifications and unlock your Premium status;
• anonymous usage data (e.g. which features or articles you use) — to analyse and improve the app;
• which Premium plan was purchased — to unlock it and to measure conversion.

This data is pseudonymous (no name, email or account), is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or tracking. Brasilify includes no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

3. How we use it

Solely to give you your learning experience: showing progress, scheduling reviews, generating statistics. Your data is never sold, never shared with third parties and never used for advertising.

4. iCloud sync

When iCloud is enabled on your device, Brasilify syncs your learning progress between your Apple devices via your private iCloud account. The data resides solely within Apple's iCloud infrastructure. Brasilify has no access to this data.

5. Third-party services

Brasilify uses Apple services only:

• StoreKit for premium purchases, handled by Apple. No payment data ever reaches Brasilify
• Push notifications via Apple's APNs (only with your consent)
• App Analytics (optional, anonymized, controlled through your Apple account)

For text-to-speech pronunciation, Brasilify uses the external service ElevenLabs; the text sent consists solely of learning content, with no personal information.

6. Your rights

You can delete all local data at any time by uninstalling the app. You can manage iCloud data via your iOS settings (Your Name → iCloud → Brasilify). You always have the right to access, deletion and objection. Contact us with any questions at legal@weminds.app.

7. Children

Brasilify is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be shown to you in the app.
