Cancel your subscription

App Store settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Spanify → Cancel. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you are not charged.

Restore purchases

In the app: Settings → “Restore purchases”. Use the same Apple ID as the original purchase.

My progress is gone / I switched devices

Your progress is stored on your device (and in your iCloud, if enabled). Sign in with the same Apple ID and turn on iCloud sync under iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud.

Delete my data

Almost everything is stored on your device: uninstalling the app deletes your local data. For any other request, write to support@weminds.app.
